Service Usage

When using Koya Compact Appliances' website and services, you must agree to these terms of service. This site provides sales of Japanese compact appliances, installation services, and after-sales support. Service usage is intended for individual and corporate customers within the UK, limited to those 18 years or older, or minors with parental consent.

Product Orders and Payment

Product orders are accepted through this site or by phone. Order confirmation is established upon sending of our order confirmation email. Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer, with full payment required at the time of order. Prices include VAT, with delivery charges billed separately. Prices may change without notice.

Delivery and Installation Services

Product delivery is made to specified addresses within the UK. Standard delivery period is 3-7 business days, but may vary depending on product availability and delivery destination. If installation service is desired, specialist staff will handle it for an additional fee. Changes or cancellations to delivery dates must be communicated 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. For returns, please contact us in advance to obtain a return authorization number. For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Custom order products and installed products may not be eligible for returns.

Product Warranty and After-Sales Service

Products sold by our company are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods vary by product but are typically 1-3 years. For failures within the warranty period, we provide free repair or replacement. For repairs outside warranty coverage, we provide paid services. We also offer regular maintenance services to support long-term product use.

Content, images, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site belong to our company or legitimate rights holders. These intellectual property rights are protected by law, and reproduction, distribution, or modification without our written permission is prohibited.
